About:
Antivirus
The antivirus reporting system ties in with your McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator
hosted service. The data from our ePolicy Orchestrator server is
presented here to make it easy for you to answer the main important questions:
-
Are my computers up to date?
-
Are any computers infected? (or where have viruses been killed)
Antivirus status
This page summarises the overall status of your antivirus system. The
graphical report makes it easy to tell how much of your fleet of systems are up
to date with antivirus signatures and antivirus engines.
If any machines have been out of contact with our server for too long they
will be identified here as well.
Show all nodes
See a list of all of the computers from your company that are linked to the
Antivirus service. All of the computers on your network, including
servers, workstations and notebooks should be listed here. If you add
more computers to your network make sure you let us know, or run our special
ePO Agent software (available from the Downloads page).
Included in this detail is the engine version, dat signature version and
antivirus products installed onto each of the computers (nodes) listed.
Missing in action
This page lists any machines that have not called in to the Computer Image
hosted antivirus system for more than 14 days. This may be because the
machine is no longer used, or possibly the Agent has stopped, been deleted or
has the wrong configuration.
If machines are removed from your fleet please advise Computer Image so they
can be removed from the antivirus system.
Coverage reports
This graphs identify how up-to-date your PCs are with antivirus
software. This includes the two most important aspects of the McAfee
Antivirus system - the DATs, or virus signatures and Engine. Both of
these must be at the latest version to ensure a comprehensive antivirus system
is in place.
Detection Summary
These 3 summaries show:
-
The top 10 computers that have had viruses detected (this is normal if it is
your server's email system as most viruses arive via email)
-
The top detections by product
-
The top 20 viruses that have been identified
PC Audit
Use this list to view the servers, workstations and notebooks included in our
ePolicy Orchestrator service. This view is aimed at providing asset-based
information about your fleet of computers. This includes the operating
system and version, service pack level and various pieces of hardware
information.
This list can be used to review your current fleet hardware and budget for PC
replacements over the year ahead.
For your convenience this data can be exported to Excel for further analysis,
for example when planning system upgrades and budgets for the following year.

You will find all the downloads you need to support your antivirus
system. This includes the latest agent software for communicating to our
