About: Helpdesk

The Helpdesk provides you with both summary and specific information about all helpdesk work orders that have been logged with Computer Image.  If you have been setup with suitable security you may be able to see all work orders for your company, otherwise you will be able to see just the work orders that relate to you.

The work orders within the system are linked directly from our helpdesk system and are updated within minutes of changes being made to our Track-It! helpdesk system.

If you already know the work order number (WO#) it is possible to quickly jump to it using the search box placed at the top right of every helpdesk page.

Helpdesk Status

This provides a chart of your last 4 months of helpdesk requests (count of requests and hours spend on those requests).  Further status information is planned for this screen.

Find Work Orders

Allows you to perform a more advanced search for work orders, maybe by the Site location or a particular user. You can even specify to see only specific types of work orders (Workshop requests, Programming, etc).
